No experience is necessary to enjoy a peaceful Sound Bath.
We will begin with a full body, relaxation meditation practice. This will allow the body to shift into a total sate of rest & relaxation. Once settled, you will be guided through a deeply, introspective journey that will allow your heart to open. Using Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Chimes, Gong & Ocean Drum. Sound Baths may reduce stress, anxiety, help with mood improvement and increase focus and clarity.
This is a beautiful journey if you’re a momma yourself, going to be one or wanting to share with your own Mother.

Join us for Journey through the Chakras via the path of Yoga Nidra (also knows as yogic sleep). This powerful technique controls your body’s relaxation response and allows you to cultivate ‘conscious relaxation’. Ease ongoing stress & anxiety all while exploring your body shifting into a blissful state of being.
You will become aware of each Chakra and what it represents and this practice will allow you to come into balance and connect deeply within.
Once in a deep relaxed & meditative sate, take a journey through the Chakras via the path of the Crystal Singing Bowls. Each Bowl tuned to each energy center (Chaka). This practice is for anyone with an open heart and mind looking to go deep within themself and create balance in mind, body, heart & soul.
